I used to be a paramedic, and what really took my by surprise was how many people were living their lives constantly being sick or in pain.
It was almost routine to pick someone up for the same preventable emergency several times a month until one day, we never saw them again. I realized that being in reactive medicine wasn’t enough; I had to become proactive if I really wanted to make a difference.
Now I work as a strength coach specializing in women’s fitness. I get to work side by side with you to help you become the healthiest, strongest and most confident version of yourself. I’ve had the pleasure of helping guide clients to achievements like increased energy, body transformations and pain elimination and even world records while ensuring that they truly understand each step of the process.
It’s so easy and natural to focus too much of our attention on the end result when the most important part is focusing on the foundations of the process. Our habits and our patterns can predict our future but we have the power to choose our path and rewrite our process.
