Her training philosophy is that the gym is all about empowering yourself with physical freedom. Physical limitations, like excess weight, limited mobility, injuries and digestion issues, can hold you back from living life to the fullest. Physical freedom is all about having the adequate health and fitness to not only handle the stresses of your daily life but also support the activities you enjoy and give you the confidence to try new activities.
Sarah truly cares about what's best for her clients and works closely with her clients' other health care providers (such as physiotherapists, chiropractors and athletic therapists). She often even goes with them to their appointments so that she can observe and better understand their alignments. Talk about going the extra mile!
